Marigold flowers are extracted from the dried flower petals. Marigold Extract Lutein is a well known carotenoid found in the human diet, blood, and tissues.Evidence suggests that lutein consumption is inversely related to eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and cataracts. This indicates that lutein is specifically deposited in ocular tissues.
Liquid lutein is obtained from marigold flower by extraction, saponification, emulsification and homogenization. It is a kind of completely natural feed addtives.
Application: Mainly used as feed additives, especially for the pigmentation of chicken feet and egg yolk.
Usage: To mix with water and spray into the feed. Recommended dosage: xanthophills 10-30g/mt feed, or according to customer's requirements.
Appearance: Yellow liquid; very good fluidility.
